We welcome you to our newly built and fully furnished holiday house, on the south area of the mountainous, Greek island of Lefkada (Ionian Islands), very close to the world famous beaches of “Porto Katsiki” (at 3 km) “Egremni” (at 4 km), “Gialos” (at 6 km) and Vassiliki (at 8 km). It is located in a secluded area, among a pine forest. This holiday house is built on the side of a hill, offering amazing panoramic sea view and it is ideal for large groups and especially for nature lovers seeking isolation.

Our Guesthouse is only 9 minutes drive from VASSILIKI town, via the NEW asphalt road.

The picturesque village called Athanion is at 5 km away from the Guesthouse. The residence is 45 km away from the capital town of Lefkada (about 50 minutes drive by car). The island of Lefkada has road access, as it is connected to mainland of Greece by a floating bridge of 50 meters length (with free pass). 

The last 500 metres to the house is a dirt street.
